Privacy notice
Effective October 7, 2026
A clear view of what you share. This notice covers the IsoData website and caller workspace. An inquiry or company overview starts a conversation; it does not grant a data license.
Information you provide
Our forms collect your name, work email, company, role, country and the overview you choose to share.
A company-data inquiry also asks about industry, company size, record history and software, including optional usage dates, company website, phone, revenue and transfer timing. Company estimates are calculated from the information you provide and saved with the inquiry.
An asset inquiry asks for the asset type, title, formats and a description. A buyer inquiry asks about data requirements. Referral forms collect the company you suggest and your relationship to it.
Please keep summaries general and leave out confidential samples, credentials and sensitive personal information.
Your caller workspace
Signing in supplies an account identifier and email address. We store the name, time zone, bio and status you choose, your lesson progress, saved scripts, claimed and self-sourced leads, company contact details, call notes and submitted company overviews.
We also keep call outcomes, review decisions, approved commission amounts and payment references. These records support assignment, follow-up and administration. Recording a payment reference does not itself transfer money.
Community content includes messages, replies, reactions, uploaded files, canvases and tasks. Your name, bio and status are visible to other workspace members. Messages and shared resources are visible to the members of their conversation; public channels are available for workspace members to join. Share only material you have permission to provide, and never post passwords or secret keys.
How we use it
We use these details to assess your inquiry, respond, maintain a record of the conversation and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. Inquiry records are stored in the website’s database. A successful submission displays a reference number after the record is saved.
Caller workspace records let us provide training, manage calls, support team conversations, review completed deals and maintain commission records. Access controls restrict company contact details to the assigned caller and administrators. Administrators also review caller accounts, training progress and deal history.
Caller referrals and payouts
When you create an account with a caller referral link or code, we record that introduction. Your inviter can see your chosen name, onboarding progress and the reward generated by your eligible commissions. Because the reward is a fixed percentage, it can indicate those eligible earnings. Your inviter does not receive your email, client records, bank details or tax information.
If payout services are enabled, Stripe handles hosted identity and bank onboarding. IsoData keeps provider account identifiers, eligibility and tax-review status, award records, transfer and bank-payout status, and administrative audit records. Do not put taxpayer identifiers, identity documents or bank details into workspace messages or review notes. Tax and payment records may need to be retained for accounting and legal obligations.
Who receives it
Inquiries are available to the IsoData site owner and service providers operating this website and its hosting. Submitting a seller inquiry does not automatically send it to prospective data buyers. Any later disclosure for evaluation is discussed separately.
Website storage
This application does not install advertising trackers or set marketing cookies. The hosting service may use essential cookies for access and security, and process technical request information to operate the site. The caller workspace stores your appearance preference in a cookie for up to one year. It keeps unsaved call, script and message drafts in the current browser tab’s session storage to help you recover work after navigation or a reload.
Marketing inquiry forms do not request access to your business systems or accept dataset uploads. The caller community separately supports files attached to conversations. Company overview links allow the recipient to submit information back to the assigned caller and administrators; treat those links as private.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry and workspace records are kept while needed to provide the service, handle inquiries and maintain related business records. Archiving a call or conversation preserves its history; deleting a message removes its visible content while retaining a record that a message was deleted. You can request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify your request before making changes, and some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.
Make a privacy requestA separate agreement for licensing
If a licensing opportunity proceeds, the data license will set the applicable data scope, uses and commercial terms. This website notice does not replace those agreements.
