Terms & Policies
Cookie Policy
What the site stores in your browser, how tracking works here, and the choices you have.
Effective
01What this policy covers
Cookies are small pieces of information a website asks your browser to store. They can support sign-in, remember preferences or track activity. Local storage and session storage are separate browser features that can also retain information.
This policy describes the current IsoData website application. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle inquiries and other personal information.
02What the website uses
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visitor statistics. Vercel identifies visits with a hash derived from requests rather than third-party cookies and discards visitor sessions after 24 hours. See Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation and our Privacy Policy for the information involved.
We do not use advertising pixels or advertising cookies, embed third-party media, or save form drafts in local storage or session storage. Fonts and artwork are served with the website.
These statements describe the application itself. Hosting or security services may process request information or introduce their own browser mechanisms.
03Forms and browser memory
While you complete the inquiry form, the application keeps your entries in the open page. It does not save a draft in browser storage. Closing or reloading the page may lose your entries; your browser may separately offer autofill or restore form values according to its settings.
Submitting an inquiry sends the form fields to our server and, when configured, to Formspree for delivery. This server-to-server request does not embed Formspree’s form scripts in your browser. See how inquiries reach us for details.
04Request data and other websites
A website can receive technical information without using cookies. Hosting services may process your IP address, requested page, browser information, request time and security events to deliver and protect the site. Blocking cookies does not prevent those requests.
When you follow an external link, the destination may use cookies and other tools under its own policies. Those services are separate from this website.
05Your browser choices
You can use your browser’s privacy settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and other site data. Those settings do not delete information you have already submitted to us. For a request about submitted information, see our contact page for inquiry availability.
The current site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track. We do not sell or share website information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no such activity on this site for Global Privacy Control to opt out of. Our Privacy Policy describes other choices and applicable rights.
06Changes and questions
If we add optional tracking or browser storage, we will update this policy to explain its purpose, provider and duration, and provide any choices or consent required before use. Merely continuing to browse does not substitute for required consent.
For questions about cookies or this policy, see our contact page for inquiry availability.
