Medicine & Health Expert

For clinicians and health professionals who can spot the red flag a fluent answer misses.

What you would do

  • Write synthetic patient cases, such as chest pain with an unusual presentation, and grade whether a model’s reasoning misses a red flag.
  • Check model answers against current clinical guidelines and explain what is wrong and why it matters for the patient.
  • Review medication answers for doses, interactions and contraindications.
  • Review coding, billing and records tasks for accuracy, such as matching ICD-10 and CPT codes to a synthetic note.
  • Write rubrics that rank answers on safety first, then accuracy and completeness.

All cases are synthetic. Never include real patient information.

What we look for

The minimum

  • You are in or have finished clinical or health training (for example a medical, nursing, PA or pharmacy program), or you hold a health coding or operations certification.
  • Hands-on clinical, research or health operations work you can describe in detail.
  • You know where to check current guidance and can explain why it applies to a case.
  • Care with patient safety and with what a case does and does not show.

Ideal

  • A clinical degree or license (for example MD, DO, NP, PA, RN or PharmD); a specialty board or a research degree is even better.
  • Clinical practice, teaching or chart review, or health AI work, especially at an AI lab or AI company.
  • Experience teaching students or residents, or reviewing care for quality and safety.
  • Publications or guideline, quality or safety work.

Hours
Projects last 1 month to a year. Each sets a weekly minimum, usually about 20 hours of estimated work, and you choose when you work.
